The bollard lighting is vibrant, and it works as advertised.
I do not mind though and actually like the additional visibility when they are in the lawn at night. All I would like this motion light to do is to assist me to find my early morning paper in the driveway, produce some light when I drive out and in during the night, and provide just a little security lighting, and it does everything good enough to be happy with the purchase. So when this info is wrong or outdated, who’s accountable? There’s lots of light just to walk and see at least a ten foot area. The configurations for the length of time it stays on and it not coming on throughout the day makes this perfect for me — which is feeling just a little safer when I am outside the house during the night without having to change batteries each month. To date my bollard lighting units have been outside in winter weather with a number of snowfalls, and are working nicely. I purchased this because I rent a home and don’t know how to set up a motion light with wires and didn’t want to since I do not own the home.
We mounted these lights below eaves and all over the perimeter of our house roughly 8 weeks ago. Super easy to mount, this solved my issue. The unit is nearly identical in fit and function to a different light on Amazon and it was a breeze to setup. Super easy to setup I had bought solar lights previously to illuminate some dark areas in my backyard, however, the Pacific Northwest cloudy climate appears to dampen their ability to be effective throughout the year.
Recently I had a power outage at my house. It is nowhere near as bright as a high power AC floodlight. Additional, they’ve been great for alerting us if anybody or anything enters our yard. This is a fantastic little bollard lighting. For the two car garage, this TCP lighting is just right. The bedroom is all about seventy five feet from the rest of the home so I installed it within the pathway pointing towards the kitchen. You will find both a 30-second setting and a 2-minute setting on the time the light stays on.
If you know please comment. I didn’t make an effort to set up the light until two months ago – just busy with other issues and assumed all of the items were in place. This light is ideal for what I require it for.
Basically unscrew the primary part and move it around just a little, it turns on then, however when there’s motion the Hunza lighting unit does not turn on. Light was extremely bright and had an excellent sensor however, after four days the light stopped working so I am stuck with another worthless light.
They’re simple to set up, you don’t need to hire an electrian, and only need batteries to use. The second light I am not having as much luck, but assume it’s picking up the light from the other spot light. Nonetheless extremely happy. Holy canoly, Hadco lighting unit lit the whole pathway plus effortlessly thirty to forty feet on each side of the route. I really hope to purchase a couple more later on, to illuminate stairway areas and garbage can locations (we have naughty raccoons) on sides of the house.
I just ordered another sidewalk lighting unit for my yard. I used these sidewalk lighting units at the front door and the range seems very good no matter how I approach the doorway from.
